- Puree the vanilla yoghurt with the blackberries and then strain the mixture through a sieve.
- In a second bowl, mix the natural yogurt with the lemon juice and maple syrup.
- Beat the cream until stiff and fold it into the natural yoghurt cream.
- Now prepare 5 bowls and fill in both creams alternately. Start with the white mass.
- Place a blackberry on top and decorate with chopped pistachios.
- Put in a cool place.
