Sear the minced meat over high heat until it falls apart, add the onions and garlic, continue to fry for 2-3 minutes over a mild heat, briefly sweat the diced paprika.
Take the pan off the heat and let it cool down a bit, season with the spices and herbs, stir in the sour cream and 2/3 of the grated cheese and season again.
Spread a good tablespoon of mixture on each toast roll, spread the rest of the cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Very tasty cold and warm, also great to take away!
