Wash the rocket, spin dry and cut into small pieces. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Chop the garlic finely and finely. In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
Mix the olive oil with the vinegar and squeeze the garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and season to taste again, possibly even with a little vinegar.
The salad is a real treat hot and cold. Especially in summer it is ideal as a side dish for grilling.
