Mix the low-fat quark with lemon yoghurt, rum flavor, 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the berries with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Chop the almond biscuits and crumble the almond flakes a little, mix the two together.
Now layer in dessert glasses or a large glass bowl as follows: berries, quark, almonds and biscuits. Layer at least 2 layers of it - the top layer should be quark, which you can decorate with some berries and cantucchini.
It is best to let the dessert steep for about 2-3 hours before it is eaten. Then the cantucchini are no longer so rock-hard and have taken on some of the fruity aroma.
