Instructions

  1. Sort the blueberries, wash and carefully pat dry. Freeze in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  2. Halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. Purée the frozen blueberries with the yoghurt, orange juice, vanilla sugar and some milk in a kitchen mixer or hand blender, adding the remaining milk until the smoothie has the desired consistency. Divide the blueberry smoothie into four small bottles or glasses and serve immediately.
  3. Tip: You can of course also serve the smoothie with ice cubes.
