Rub the lemon peel, squeeze out the juice. Mix 4 tablespoons of lemon juice with 375 ml of water, oil, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Let the couscous soak in it for 15 minutes.
Wash, clean and cut the vegetables. Wash and chop the parsley. Chop the olives into small pieces.
Peel the garlic and press into the couscous. Mash the cheese. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper.
