Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly dice the ginger. Cut the cucumber into slices. Pour water into a carafe and add ginger and cucumber. Put the whole thing in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  2. Enjoy with ice cubes and, if necessary, sweeten with a little liquid sweetener (or sugar, stevia, xucker, etc.).
