Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and halve the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Clean, core, wash and dry the peppers. Wash and clean the spring onions. Cut everything into pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients, except for the crushed ice, into the blender and puree until the consistency is right. Then place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Divide the smoothie into glasses, fill up with the crushed ice and stir once.
  4. Serve immediately.
