Quarter the nectarines, remove the skin if necessary. Place in a container with the yogurt and ice cream. Puree until everything is well mixed and the nectarines are crushed. Then add the milk as needed until the desired consistency is achieved.
Tips: Depending on the degree of ripeness of the nectarines, a little sugar can also be added. I always use vanilla ice cream and plain yogurt.
For larger quantities that are not consumed immediately, it is best to store them in the refrigerator.
