Rinse oranges thoroughly under hot water and rub dry. Prick 1 orange four times with a fork and lard with the cloves. Squeeze the juice of the other oranges. Put the peppered orange in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon and the orange juice and heat everything. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let steep for about 30 minutes. Take the orange and cinnamon out of the pot and mix the brew with honey, tea and pineapple juice. Season with a little nutmeg and put in the fridge. Fill ice cubes into 4 drinking glasses. Pour the well-chilled tea on top and dust with nutmeg. Decorate with a little orange peel if you like.
