Instructions

  1. Put the frozen raspberries in a tall blender. Add milk, sugar and cream and puree with a hand blender.
  2. Instead of raspberries, you can of course use any other type of berry. When the berries are frozen, the advantage is that the milkshake is nice and cool, and they can be bought cheaply at any time of the year.
  3. Figure-conscious people simply leave out the cream and maybe replace the sugar with a sweetener.
