Whip the cream. Sift the powdered sugar and mix it with the quark and cream cheese. Carefully fold in the cream.
Turn the ladyfingers one by one in milk and place in a glass dish or something similar (approx. 23 cm x 30 cm). Put a third of the quark mixture on top of the biscuit layer. Then about half of the raspberries follow on top. Now layer the quark mass, raspberries, quark mass, etc. alternately. It is best to let the tiramisu soak in the refrigerator overnight until ready to eat.
Tip: This dessert can be varied very well: The raspberries can be replaced with sour cherries, blueberries or strawberries as desired. Instead of cream cheese, mascarpone also tastes very good.
