Boil the rice and then let it cool down well. Clean the peppers and cut into small cubes. Rinse and drain the canned vegetables.
Note: It is important that the rice and vegetables are really well drained or the sauce will water down.
Mix the crème fraiche, Miracel Whip, oil, salt and pepper to a creamy sauce. Carefully fold in the rice and vegetables. Place in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours before serving.
Before serving, season to taste again and add salt if necessary (the rice absorbs a lot of salt).
