- Prepare the rooibos tea according to the instructions on the package. Let cool in a cup.
- Whip the cream until stiff. Stir stevia powder into the tea. Portion the cream on the tea and chill in the refrigerator for approx. 1 - 2 hours.
- Before serving, evenly distribute the ground vanilla and unsweetened cocoa powder on top of the cream.
