Instructions

Mix the flour with cornstarch, vanilla pudding powder and baking powder and sift over it. Carefully fold in everything. Pour the sponge cake into a greased fruit cake mold and smooth it out. Bake at 200 ° C or 175 ° C fan oven for 15-20 minutes. Goes very quickly, chopstick test!
  2. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions and allow to cool. In the meantime, clean and halve the strawberries. Spread the pudding on the cake base. You can nibble on the pudding, you don`t necessarily need everything. Spread the strawberries on the cake, a little higher towards the middle. Not too economical!
