- Heat milk with butter.
- Briefly mix powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- Add the hot butter-milk mixture and stir well.
- (I always do this in the mixer)
- Put the glaze on the cake immediately and smooth it out.
- Gets fast.
- For me it is enough for a complete box cake, Guglhupf or normal cake from the springform pan.
- Easy to make with ingredients that are almost always there!
