- Sift the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Pour the butter in flakes over it and knead or crumble with your fingers until you get fine crumble.
- Process further as desired.
- The batter is just enough for a sheet cake. (Just crumble, no batter for the base)
- For a springform pan, remove approx. 2/3 of the crumble and press into the well-greased form, pulling up one edge.
- Now top with fruit, etc. as you like and finally spread the crumble over it.
- Bake for about 1 hour at 180 °.
