Instructions

  1. Beat the very soft butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy.
  2. Carefully add the egg to the mixture and continue to beat vigorously.
  3. Mix flour with oat flakes and puree. (My grandma then pureed it really small so that everything was almost like flour, of course you don`t have to do that. Cookies then get more bite)
  4. Mix with the baking powder and add to the butter mixture.
  5. Finally fold in the chopped chocolate and chill for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
  7. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it very well.
  8. Cut the dough with a tablespoon and shape into balls.
  9. Place on the baking sheet with a large distance.
  10. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  11. (Depending on how brown and crispy you like them, you take them out)
  12. It is important to place the cookies on the tray with a large gap, as they diverge extremely.
  13. This should make about 3 trays of 9-12 cookies each, so a total of about 27-36 pieces!
