Instructions

  1. Bring the water with the honey to a boil. Pluck the peppermint leaves, chop them very finely and add them to the water. Let simmer for about 7 minutes. Add the chamomile tea and cook for another 8 minutes. Strain and add the lemon juice.
  2. Put the tea in a good thermos flask and drink it throughout the day. It provides fluids and vitamins and soothes inflammation in the throat and pharynx.
