Place the slice of bread on a plate and brush with the cream cheese. Peel the mango, cut into slices, spread on the cream cheese and season with pepper.
Place the cooked ham on top of the mango pieces. Peel the persimmons, cut into slices, cover the boiled ham with them and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Cover with the slice of cheese.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the egg with the fried egg and season with salt. Place the fried egg on the slice of cheese and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
