Instructions

  1. Freeze the green bacon and flavors. When everything is frozen through, everything is minced through a 5 mm disc.
  2. Now everything is put in a saucepan and left out over medium heat. Now you have enough time to grate the apples and mix the spices.
  3. When everything is nice and liquid, I add the grated apple and the spices. Don`t forget to stir every now and then. As soon as the greaves have turned nice and brown, the lard is ready to be filled. You can now transfer it to glasses or larding pots.
  4. When the lard is almost solid, I gradually distribute the fried onions between the glasses and stir everything again.
