Cut the cabbage into small strips. Cut the onions into small pieces. Mix the vegetable stock with the ketchup and Worcester sauce.
Heat the butter in the roaster and sauté the chopped onions, add the tomato paste and sugar. When everything is translucent, add the cabbage and sweat well. When the cabbage is a nice dark color, add the paprika powder.
Now gradually mix in the minced meat and fry it. As soon as the mince is done, deglaze the cabbage with the vegetable stock and let everything simmer for 50 minutes.
Finally, season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and stir in the crème fraîche.
