In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, milk and salt until frothy. Add quark, flour and baking powder to this mixture spoon by spoon and stir until a smooth dough is formed, then let rest for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Cut off small dumplings with 2 tablespoons and bake in the hot fat until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Let cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
