Instructions

  1. Grate the potato, grating an onion again and again so that the potatoes don`t get too brown. Stir in eggs and flour or oat flakes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Do not use too little margarine or coconut oil for frying. Put one wooden spoon of the mashed potatoes into the pan for each potato pancake. Fry until golden on both sides.
  3. Serve with applesauce and sugar beet syrup. But you can also eat them very well without anything.
