Instructions

  1. You also need four empty 750 ml water bottles for filling.
  2. Do not peel the rhubarb. Wash him and the strawberries thoroughly. Cut off the ends of the rhubarb and cut into pieces about 2 cm.
  3. Put the rhubarb, strawberries and cane sugar in a large saucepan, fill up with 2 liters of water and cook for about 30 minutes. Everything has to be overcooked. Turn off the stove, but leave the pot on it. Stir in the vanilla sugar and let cool for about 1 hour.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine sieve and spread the rhubarb and strawberry mixture through the sieve with a spoon until the mixture no longer gives off any liquid. 2 liters of juice should come around.
  5. Mix the vodka with the rhubarb-strawberry juice and the grenadine and fill into the 4 glass bottles.
  6. Serving tip: Take small glasses, rub the rim with lemon and put it in sugar. Then you have a nice sugar rim. Put an ice cube in the glass and fill it with approx. 4 - 5 cl rhubarb and strawberry vodka. Put in a small straw and you`re done!
