Ingredients
Flour – 1 Glass
Vegetable Spread – 0.5 Cup
Sugar – 1 Cup (1/2 cup – for crumbs, 1/2 cup – for filling)
Prepare all ingredients. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Combine the vegetable spread, flour, sugar, and lemon zest in a bowl. Rub into crumbs with your hands.
Wash the rhubarb, chop and mix with sugar, starch, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Transfer the rhubarb to a baking dish and sprinkle with crumbs on top. Bake the crumble for 40 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Then remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
