Instructions

  1. Wash the rhubarb, cut into pieces (2 cm), sprinkle with sugar. As soon as the rhubarb has drawn juice, add the first packet of vanilla sugar and then cook until soft.
  2. Mix the quark with 1/8 l milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice, alternately layer with the cooled rhubarb in a glass bowl.
