- Wash the rhubarb, peel off the threads and cut into small pieces. Mix with vanilla and sugar and let stand a little.
- In the meantime, dice the onion and sauté. Heat the peppercorns in a pan before crushing them. Mix the rhubarb, onions, crushed pepper, salt.
- Add the chilli to your own taste. Let it boil, the rhubarb may disintegrate.
- Pour into glasses (4 smaller ones) while still hot. Put in a cool place and enjoy with grilled meat. We also like it with fish or simply with bread.
