Instructions

1. Cut the cleaned rhubarb into pieces approx. 1 cm long and place in a baking dish. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy, fold in the flour and spread the batter over the rhubarb.
2. Make crumbles from the brown sugar, butter and flour and spread the crumble on the dough.
