Instructions
Peel the rhubarb and cut into pieces,
Cook with the juice, sugar and the scraped out vanilla pod in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Mix the vanilla custard powder with a little juice, add to the saucepan while stirring and bring to the boil.
Pour into a bowl and let cool down.
Serve with milk, vanilla sauce or cream.
