Instructions
- Mix the quark, sugar, milk, oil, salt and lemon zest together. Mix and knead the flour and baking powder. Roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet.
- Clean the rhubarb, cut into pieces and bring to the boil for approx. 5 minutes while stirring with the sugar. Cool on a sieve and drain well.
- Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Spread the rhubarb and strawberries in a colorful mixture on the dough.
- For the topping, whisk the eggs with the sour cream and sugar, spread over the cake and with the almonds
- sprinkle.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
