Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, sugar, milk, oil, salt and lemon zest together. Mix and knead the flour and baking powder. Roll out the dough thinly on a baking sheet.
  2. Clean the rhubarb, cut into pieces and bring to the boil for approx. 5 minutes while stirring with the sugar. Cool on a sieve and drain well.
  3. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Spread the rhubarb and strawberries in a colorful mixture on the dough.
  4. For the topping, whisk the eggs with the sour cream and sugar, spread over the cake and with the almonds
  5. sprinkle.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
