Instructions

  1. Clean the rhubarb and cut into small pieces. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Peel and finely grate the ginger, wash the mint, shake dry and cut its leaves into fine strips.
  2. Mix everything together with the sugar in a large saucepan. Cover and let steep for four to six hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Then stir in the citric acid and bring everything to a boil. Let simmer for four minutes while stirring. Fill into glasses immediately.
