Instructions

  1. First boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then peel and cut into thin leaves. Chop the two hard-boiled eggs and add them. Fry the bacon in a pan to make it crispy, cut into small pieces and add to the salad. Mix the mustard with the oil, add the vinegar and mix with a little broth. Salt carefully as the bacon is already salty. Mix all ingredients and let stand a little.
