Instructions

  1. Boil rice. Dice the peppers and onions and sear them vigorously. Stir in tomato paste, deglaze and season to taste. Let cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Knead the rice with the flour, quark, egg and spices. Form small balls and fry in hot fat for approx. 5 minutes.
