Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and onion. Finely dice the onion and crush the garlic with the press. Wash the parsley, pat dry and chop finely.
  2. Put the minced meat with the garlic, onion, parsley and egg in a large bowl and mix everything well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder. Now add the rice and season to taste. Finally, sprinkle in the breadcrumbs and mix everything well again.
  3. Shape the minced dough into small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls in it until golden brown. Serve hot.
  4. A sweet and savory Thai sauce goes well with it.
