Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in salted water.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder, yoghurt, milk, salt, sugar and oil, grease a springform pan and spread the dough in it.
  3. Pre-bake at 175 ° C (without preheating) for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir in 100 g of the grated cheese. Separate the eggs, mix the egg yolks with the cream cheese. Then mix in the rice and add the spices.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold in the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Get the bottom out of the oven. Brush with tomato paste and spread the ham cut into larger pieces on the floor. Then pour the rice mixture over it and smooth it out. Scatter the rest of the grated cheese and flaked almonds on top.
