Instructions

  1. The salad is super easy to prepare and usually the first to go at barbecues and other festivities.
  2. Cook the rice for 15-20 minutes, do not let it get too soft.
  3. For the dressing, mix the ketchup, vinegar, oil, pressed garlic clove, cayenne pepper and salt together in the salad bowl.
  4. Drain the beans and corn and add to the bowl with the rice. Stir, season again with salt and cayenne pepper, let steep and serve!
  5. Note: at the beginning the salad should be really hot. By letting it go, it has the right sharpness for me afterwards.
