- The salad is super easy to prepare and usually the first to go at barbecues and other festivities.
- Cook the rice for 15-20 minutes, do not let it get too soft.
- For the dressing, mix the ketchup, vinegar, oil, pressed garlic clove, cayenne pepper and salt together in the salad bowl.
- Drain the beans and corn and add to the bowl with the rice. Stir, season again with salt and cayenne pepper, let steep and serve!
- Note: at the beginning the salad should be really hot. By letting it go, it has the right sharpness for me afterwards.
