Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until it is grainy.
  2. Mix yoghurt with vanilla sugar, a splash of lemon juice and honey or sugar to taste.
  3. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Mix the yogurt sauce and rice with it and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
