g bacon, smoked, finely chopped

cloves garlic, cut into cubes with the garlic mill

leek, cut into rings

g minced meat, mixed

tablespoon soy sauce, ketjap manis is better

can coconut milk

Instructions
Leave the smoked bacon in a saucepan, sauté the onions until translucent, add the leek, garlic and ginger and sauté for another 5 minutes. Fry the minced meat in it until it is gray.
Stir in the ketjap manis and coconut milk and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
Top up with 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the stove and let the rice soak for another 20 minutes with the lid closed. Needs little salt.
