Instructions

  1. Leave the smoked bacon in a saucepan, sauté the onions until translucent, add the leek, garlic and ginger and sauté for another 5 minutes. Fry the minced meat in it until it is gray.
  2. Stir in the ketjap manis and coconut milk and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
  3. Top up with 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the stove and let the rice soak for another 20 minutes with the lid closed. Needs little salt.
