Instructions

  1. Cook the peas in salted water for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the onions and garlic in it. Add the mushrooms, fry them and season with salt, pepper and granulated broth.
  3. Cook the rice noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, strain and add to the mushrooms. Add the drained peas, parsley and parmesan and mix everything together well. Serve immediately.
