Instructions

  1. First bring water to a boil in a saucepan so that the rice noodles can be cooked for 6 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat some butter or plant cream with butter flavor in a wok and fry the onions, garlic and chilli in it. Then add the chicken and stir in the soy sauce and harissa paste. After the meat is lightly fried, add the broccoli and zucchini, making sure that it stays nice and crisp and keeps the color. After frying for a short time, add the mushrooms. Then add the peanut butter and coconut milk and let dissolve while stirring.
  3. Season to taste with the sweet and sour sauce, pepper and an 8-herb mixture. Depending on your taste, you can add more peanut butter.
  4. After the rice noodles and the wok mixture are ready, mix both in the wok and then let them taste good.
