Cut the fennel into small pieces. Cut the apples into small pieces. Cook the rice as usual.
While the rice is cooking, fry the fennel and apples in a little butter or oil for about five minutes. Then add the chickpeas and coconut milk and let everything simmer for about five minutes. Add the raisins and rice and let it get hot.
Note: I don`t use salt because of my son (1 1/2 years) and we also liked it very much without salt.
