Sauté the onions in the olive oil in a large pan, add the minced meat and fry well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Pour in the broth, stir in the tomato paste and add the rice. Put the lid on and let the rice simmer until firm to the bite for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the specified cooking time.
Use more or less broth depending on the type of rice.
Wash and halve the tomatoes and mix into the rice with the parsley in the last 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
