Instructions

  1. Wash the rice and bring to the boil with twice the amount of water and a little salt.
  2. In a separate pan, fry the finely chopped onions in a little oil and add the minced meat. Salt / pepper to taste and gradually add the other ingredients (here it is really important to use leftovers, I add everything that is available).
  3. Example:
  4. Ham, canned corn, peas, mushrooms, peppers, wieners, zucchini, carrots, ginger, etc.
  5. Finally, season with a little soy sauce, add the rice and fry in the pan for another 2-3 minutes.
