The rice from the previous day can be used for patties. Mix the rice with the oat flakes, the chopped or grated carrot, the peas, the egg and the garlic and season with salt, pepper and vegetable stock powder to taste. If necessary, bind the dough with a little flour.
Heat a pan with a little fat, form patties from the dough and bake them.
Green salad goes well with it.
The type and quantity of the ingredients can easily be changed; I always take what`s there.
