Now mix in the boiled rice and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes, stir again in between, adding chopped herbs.
Refine with the butter before eating.
That is the basic recipe, whereby I always use more meat and also more vegetables for the same amount of rice, based on our taste. In the end I don`t save on the butter either, because it just tastes better.
It is also important that it is not a soup. So there shouldn`t be a broth in the pot when it`s done, but more like a rice pan.
