Instructions

  1. Cook the washed rice in boiling salted water for approx. 20 minutes. Pour onto a sieve and rinse briefly in cold water.
  2. Put in a bowl and mix with a marinade of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar while still warm. Fold the onion cubes, celery cubes and chanterelles into the rice and let everything steep.
