Instructions

  1. Boil the rice in lightly salted water, drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Cut the fruit into small pieces except for 4 nectarines and add lemon juice.
  2. Mix the cold rice with the fruit. Finely puree 4 nectarines with orange juice and sweetener and pour over the rice, mix and let steep.
