Instructions

  1. Cook the rice grainy as usual and allow to cool. Dice the salami, paprika and onions. Put everything in a bowl, mix and season with vinegar, oil and spices.
  2. You can also mix in finely chopped pickles and if there is no balsamic vinegar, the salad tastes very good if you add some of the cucumber water.
