Instructions

  1. Boil rice in salted water, drain and let cool.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into fine strips.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and creme fraiche. Add to the rice, mix in the dill and finish with the salmon. Mix carefully and add a little salt if necessary. Now everything goes in the refrigerator (please cover)!
  4. It is also recommended for a cold buffet.
